Agents, context, tokens.

Matt builds at the intersection of production infrastructure and modern AI: agent orchestration, MCP integrations, and the harness layer that makes models trustworthy when SSH and customers are involved.

Agent Accelerated is the consulting practice — architecture reviews, workshops, and hands-on harness work aligned to those three constraints.

Selkirk

Instructor for Linux, DevOps, and AI-assisted development — curriculum that mirrors how teams actually deploy: scoped sandboxes, automation, retrieval-aware design, and agents that report back to humans in-channel instead of vanishing into a terminal.

SwiftGrid & hosting at scale

Founder of SwiftGrid — years operating multi-tenant hosting and, more recently, custom agent systems that bridge websites, chat platforms, and infrastructure. The same operational problems the consulting arm takes on: blast radius, audit trails, and boundaries a client can understand.

BerryCore & Chromium on BB10

BerryCore is a QNX extended userland for BlackBerry 10: packaged open-source binaries, dev tooling, and an on-device hub so BB10 stays a real experimentation platform. Matt maintains it as a modern continuation of the Berry Much OS lineage, with cross-compiled packages and installs that do not depend on a dead vendor app store.

The chromium-for-bb10 project is the deeper systems work: solo port of Chromium’s content_shell to QNX ARM32 (Passport-class hardware). That means a pinned Chromium checkout, QNX SDP cross toolchain, a large QNX platform patch set, and deploy scripts that patch ELF interpreters and land a modern engine on an OS that only ever shipped ancient WebKit. One person, end to end, from build farm to device.

JARVIS v4

Open-source MIT harness the practice runs daily: Rocket.Chat dispatch, one context directory per agent, tmux supervision, JSONL audit logs, and one SSH host per boundary. See the JARVIS case study and one context window per server write-up for measured fleet numbers.

Teaching in public

Technical communication is part of the work: engineering video on YouTube (@sw7ft-tech), the How Agents Work course for businesses and professionals, and classroom labs built for developers who need to ship.

Fully remote since 2012 from British Columbia: client work, live production systems, and post-secondary instruction — async communication and infrastructure you can SSH into when the agent stops making sense.
